Save the Children Thailand utilizes CommCare to streamline student enrollment and track attendance in schools along the Thai-Myanmar border. With the School Monitoring application, official enrollment records are maintained, attendance is monitored, and reasons for absenteeism are recorded. The app allows for regular assessment visits and facilitates the creation of student ID cards with individual photos. Additionally, the app has been translated into multiple languages for deployment in other regions. Dimagi provided training to the initial 23 users, and Save the Children plans to scale up to 100 users.
